Dealing With Negative Feed Back

So Its hard for me when people contact you to tell you something negative about your site. I mean it would be one thing if they would say something like hey I saw on your site the photos aren't the best why don't you try this diffrent approach on taking the photos. That would be helpful but to contact me just to belittle my site is just uncalled for. So how do people do it. how do they just let it roll off their backs. I mean take celebirties I would hate to be them. If there not to fat there to skinny if there not drunks then there this or that.. I dont know how they don't let it get to them.
